The Inter Grind Zirconium Flap Disc Z60 is a high-quality abrasive disc designed for demanding metalworking tasks. It features zirconium grain, making it ideal for material removal, blending, and finishing applications. Built on a fibreglass backing, the disc helps reduce vibration, improving both durability and user comfort.

Its slightly angled conical design (Type 29) allows for better surface contact, while a high flap density contributes to extended lifespan and consistent performance. The zirconia oxide flaps are suitable for use on both mild steel and stainless steel when paired with an angle grinder. The disc has a diameter of 115mm (4.5″) and a 22mm bore.
