Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for cancellation is 14 days from the date you received the Goods, or from the date a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure the Goods meet the conditions below.
Goods May Be Returned If

- The Goods are in their original packaging.

- Goods not suitable for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expired items.
- Unsealed items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health protection.
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
How Refunds Are Processed
We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Only regularly priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items may not be refunded unless required by law.
How to Send Goods Back
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot process refunds without receipt of returned Goods or proof of delivery.

Returning Gift Orders
If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the order was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
