VersaDrive TCT SheetCutter Holesaw

The VersaDrive TCT SheetCutter Holesaw is designed to produce clean, accurate holes quickly through sheet materials, including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 4mm thick. Built for efficient cutting performance, it is ideal for fabrication, electrical, engineering and metalworking applications.

Each SheetCutter features individually brazed tungsten carbide teeth for excellent durability and cutting life. Compared with standard bi-metal holesaws, the TCT design can offer up to 10x longer life and faster, easier cutting performance in suitable applications.

The one-piece design includes an integrated arbor and replaceable stepped pilot drill, helping reduce breakthrough impact and protect the teeth from damage. A safety collar supports controlled hole breakthrough, while swarf discharge grooves help produce cleaner, clog-free cuts.
