The Böhler Phoenix Spezial D Drypack (E7016) is a double-coated, basic low-hydrogen electrode designed to deliver superior weld quality, arc stability, and mechanical strength for both industrial and field applications. Suitable for AC and DC welding, it provides a stable arc, smooth operation, and excellent radiographic soundness, ensuring reliable, defect-free results.
This electrode is suitable for all-position welding (except vertical down) and performs exceptionally well on a wide range of steels. Its balanced slag system and controlled hydrogen output support crack-resistant welds and excellent bead appearance. The Drypack vacuum-sealed packaging maintains optimal moisture protection, preserving electrode integrity and low hydrogen content until opened.
