Welding Supplies
We aim to despatch welding supplies and equipment on the next working day, subject to stock availability.
Gas Cylinders
Gas cylinders are not eligible for free shipping and have specific delivery restrictions depending on the product.
Click & Collect
Free Click & Collect is available from Sultani Gas in Marden, Kent.
Despatch and Delivery Schedule
We aim to keep delivery simple, transparent and reliable for customers ordering welding supplies, machines, PPE, tools and accessories.
Next Working Day Despatch Aim
We aim to despatch goods on the next working day, subject to stock availability.
Standard delivery days are Monday to Friday. Our cut-off time for dispatch is 2pm.
Some items may have additional carriage charges due to weight or size, typically for items over 25kg. Any additional carriage costs will be communicated before shipping.
UK Mainland Delivery
For UK mainland deliveries, standard shipping applies unless the item is oversized, overweight or subject to additional carriage charges.
For deliveries outside UK mainland, including the Scottish Highlands, all islands and Northern Ireland, additional carriage costs may apply.
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping charges for non-standard delivery areas.
UK Mainland Orders Over £30 + VAT
Enjoy free standard shipping, usually 2 to 4 working days, on qualifying orders over £30 + VAT.
This applies to UK mainland only and excludes Scottish Highlands, offshore UK islands and Northern Ireland.
Areas Where Extra Carriage May Apply
Scottish Highlands, offshore UK islands and Northern Ireland are not subject to our standard carriage rates. Prices are available on request.

What to Do If Your Goods Have Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number so we can investigate quickly.
Contact Us Within 3 Working Days
If you are in the UK and do not receive your goods within 3 working days, please contact us at helpdesk@sultanigas.co.uk.
Please provide your order number from your confirmation email. We will promptly investigate and help resolve the issue.
Gas Cylinder Delivery and Collection
Gas cylinders have specific delivery restrictions and pricing. Please refer to individual product pages for the correct delivery information and associated costs.
Gas cylinders are not eligible for free shipping because they are not shipped through standard UK Mail courier services.
Gas cylinders can be collected from Sultani Gas.
