The GenSet Weld Baby 180 is a compact, petrol-powered welder generator engineered for reliable on-site welding and auxiliary DC power. Designed with portability in mind, it combines a 165A SMAW welding output with 110V and 230V DC power take-off, making it suitable for maintenance, fabrication, and field work where mains power is unavailable.
Powered by the Honda GX200 Stage V petrol engine, the unit delivers dependable performance with low emissions compliance. Its smooth DC output supports both cellulosic and low-hydrogen electrodes up to 4.0 mm, while features such as auto idle and low-oil cut-out enhance efficiency and engine protection.
