Fibreglass Welding Blanket PU Coated 550°C (2m x 2m)
A durable low weight polyurethane fibreglass welding blanket providing temperature resistance to 550°C. Ideal for garages, workshops and where welding is being carried out near items requiring shielding from heat, spatter or sparks. The addition of a PU coating on the blanket provides resistance to greases and liquids.
The welding blanket is made from a fire retardant fibreglass material. The blanket can be used to cover an area near the welding or grinding job to prevent damage or a fire breakout. Although not intended as its primary purpose, these blankets can also be used to cover a spark burning to prevent a fire.
