Binzel BZL Type MB25 MIG Nozzle Retaining Neck Spring
This heavy-duty retaining spring is designed for MB25 series MIG torches handling higher amperages. The heat-treated stainless steel construction maintains tension even under continuous use. Prevents nozzle loosening that can lead to poor gas coverage and weld defects. The open coil design accommodates thermal expansion during welding. Easy to install with basic hand tools – no torch disassembly required. Extends consumable life by maintaining proper electrical contact. Compatible with all Binzel MB25 nozzles and contact tips. Manufactured to original equipment tolerances for perfect fit. Recommended replacement interval: every 750 operating hours or when tension decreases noticeably.
