Welding Consumables

Welding consumables (including electrodes, welding wire, contact tips, nozzles,

application, storage, and environmental conditions.

  • Normal wear and tear is not covered by manufacturer warranties.
  • Consumables are excluded from machine and extended power source warranties.

Statutory Consumer Rights

  • All goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described at the time of sale.
  • If consumables are faulty at purchase, customers are entitled to remedies.
  • In the UK, claims for faulty goods may be brought for up to 6 years (5 years in Scotland).
  • Claims must relate to an inherent fault, not normal wear, misuse, or storage conditions.

Important Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer, not Sultani Gas.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • Registration deadlines must be met where applicable.
  • Misuse, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs may invalidate warranty coverage.

For exact warranty terms, customers should always consult the
manufacturer’s official documentation or website for their specific product.
