These larger wire brush wheels are for bench mounted machines such as polishing mills, bench grinders and other rotating shaft machines. The range now extends from 150mm up to 300mm.

These wire brush wheels are for mounting on stationary bench mounted machines such as bench grinder shafts. They are ideal for applications where the work-piece can be taken to the wheel, (wear suitable protection), such as cleaning small fabrications and forgings. The brass coated steel wire will clean, strip coatings and scale and brighten metal. Can also be used to age-effect wood.

Specification:

• Multiple centres or modified to 32mm centre on sizes 250mm and 300mm..
• Multiple centres include: 13, 16, 20, 22, 26, 30, 50mm.
• Brass coated steel wire is more flexible and lasts longer than normal grey steel.
• Wire gauge: 0.30mm.
• No oil rust-preventative due to brass coating.
