The SIP WELDMATE® PRO 160A DC TIG/ARC Inverter Welder is a powerful dual process welder designed for professional fabrication workshops, sheet metal applications, and advanced home workshops. Combining DC TIG and ARC (MMA) processes, this compact and lightweight welder offers precision, flexibility, and reliability in demanding environments.
Featuring high frequency (HF) start-up, the PRO 160A ensures easier arc striking without electrode contact, delivering cleaner welds, reduced contamination risk, and higher-quality results – particularly on thinner materials. A built-in post gas function provides additional shielding after arc extinguishing, preventing oxidation of the weld pool and extending electrode life.
With an intuitive LED control panel and infinitely variable dials, operators benefit from smooth stepless output adjustment for accurate welding control. The welder’s 4th generation inverter technology achieves more than 80% energy efficiency, lowering power consumption while maintaining output performance from a standard 230v/16A supply.
Its robust metal casing and heavy-duty carry handle make the PRO 160A durable, portable, and ideal for workshop use.
