Our CarbideMax® TCT Broach Cutters are optimised for use with the toughest steels. This range of Broach Cutters are tipped with brazed cutting teeth of the highest quality Tungsten Carbide.

These properties make it ideal for use in tooling ranges for using on even the toughest steels. Our range of Tungsten Carbide Broach Cutters are extremely resistant to abrasion and can also withstand higher temperatures than standard high-speed steel (HSS) tools.

This set offers incredible performance on the most difficult jobs. The CarbideMax TCT Broach Cutters feature an elaborate cutting geometry which results in faster, quieter, easier drilling and chatter-free performance.

Furthermore, because the teeth of the cutter are doing all of the hard work, less strain is put on the wall of the cutter. Therefore a thinner wall thickness is required meaning less material is removed resulting in a substantially faster cut.
