Offering a **metal recovery rate of approximately 110%**, this electrode provides **high efficiency, reliability, and performance** across demanding industrial applications. With **excellent weldability in all positions except vertical down**, the FOX EV 50 ensures **smooth, stable arcs and clean, defect-free welds**. It features a **moisture-resistant coating** and **very low hydrogen content (HD < 4 ml/100g weld metal)** in accordance with AWS standards, minimizing the risk of **hydrogen-induced cracking** and ensuring dependable results on **steels with low purity or high carbon content**. Designed for **structural, pressure vessel, shipbuilding, and offshore applications**, this electrode is **CTOD tested at –10°C** and approved for **sour gas environments (HIC-Test acc.
